Run Like Hell

Grrr! The battle of the bulge.
Eating right is the first step, but to be truly successful in losing weight and keeping it off, nothing beats exercise.

Just ask me I know. I've gained and lost and gained and lost, again and again over the years.

Exercise really does help. It burns calories and it's a great stress reliever.

I'm in the middle of a cycle right now. I lost 51 pounds a few years ago and have been slowly gaining it back. Thankfully I haven't gained it all back. I'm working on getting my mojo back and getting this off before I gain it all back.

I love shirts that say stuff, It's a form of expression for me. So, I've been working on shirts to inspire me to get back on my weight loss, exercise and maintenance journey.

I thought it would be great to share with all of you and make them available to all the folks out there who need inspiration and motivation on their weight loss and maintenance journey.
